Return Window

30 calendar days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate

Refund Processing

Once received and inspected, refunds process within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

Contact us immediately at lllzzzhhh0102@163.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
